SHABABIAH
For Ooredoo in Oman, we created Shababiah — a youth brand built not for young people, but by them. Facing a generation resistant to traditional marketing, we developed a co-creation strategy that invited emerging Omani artists to design the logo, visual identity and brand world themselves, transforming user-generated creativity into a fully realised commercial platform across packaging, retail, content and social media. The result was a culturally authentic brand that captured the imagination of Omani youth and delivered exceptional business impact: 200,000 new customers in six months (vs. a 40,000 target), 10% youth market share, and ARPU exceeding target by 57%, while simultaneously elevating a new generation of local creative talent.
